At our small shop, every blanket is custom made to order with care, which means all sales are final. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistakes during ordering, or deciding you no longer want the product after it has been created. Please make sure your design and details are correct before placing your order.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in situations where the product arrives damaged, includes a clear manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered. If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof so our team can properly review the situation.
Every refund or replacement request must first go through our team for review. We carefully look over each case to confirm whether it meets our eligibility requirements. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. If the issue does not qualify under our policy, the request will not be approved.
